These resources maximize distribution and operational efficiency, ensuring the company meets the ever-growing demands of American consumers.

CAMACOIL LLC is one of the leading privately-owned mini refineries in the United States, boasting exceptional hydrocarbon processing capabilities. Despite supplying a modest 0.01% of the U.S. market’s total volume, the company is heavily invested in large-scale advanced programs with private contractors. These initiatives aim to enhance profitability, operational reliability, and the long-term sustainability of its facilities, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet America’s future energy needs.

The company is committed to protecting the communities and environment across the United States, where all operations are conducted. The company regularly implements upgrades and safety-focused systems in its U.S.-based refineries, aiming to prevent injuries during operations and enhance safety standards in production.

The range of primary petroleum products produced at the refinery and chemical plants in the United States includes gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants, aromatic hydrocarbons, and bitumen. Additional products include marine fuels, heavy fuel oil (Mazut 75, 99, 100), jet fuel (JP54, JPA1, TS-1), paraffin, wax, acetone, ethylene oxide, glycols, nonene, phenol, polyols, propylene glycols, propylene oxide, and other chemical products. The facilities also produce a wide range of liquefied natural gas to support domestic and international markets.

Crude oil production

In ancient times, people extracted crude oil from the surface of the earth and water. Its use became more significant after the 19th century when the kerosene safety lamp was invented, leading to a skyrocketing demand for oil. During this period, the combustion engine was developed, sparking the growth of the automobile industry. This rapid development increased the demand for gasoline products, enabling rapid transportation by land, sea, and air.

Crude oil production in the USA has seen steady growth since the early 2000s. In recent years, the country has cemented its position as a leading global producer of crude oil. By 2010, the USA produced over 500 million tons of crude oil annually, with production levels continuing to rise year after year.

In 2013, the USA produced 531.4 million tons of crude oil, reflecting a 1.3% increase compared to 2012. The United States is one of the largest participants in the global crude oil market and a key supplier of crude oil, natural gas, and petroleum products for markets in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. It continues to expand its oil supplies to meet growing demands across the globe.

CAMACOIL LLC has emerged as one of the fastest-growing crude oil refineries in the USA, serving clients in the Asia-Pacific region, South America, and Europe. The company is renowned as a reliable and trusted supplier of mazut fuel oil, diesel, gasoline, jet fuel kerosene, bitumen, liquefied petroleum gas, and natural gas. This reputation stems not only from its competitive pricing and flexible terms but also from the consistent high quality of its products. Even during transportation, the integrity and quality of its finished crude oil products are maintained.

The first phase of the refinery’s modernization adds hydrocracking, catalytic cracking, and reforming units, upgrading crude oil into high-value, clean natural gas and transport fuels efficiently.

CAMACOIL LLC’s future ambitions focus on modernizing its operations to enhance refining capabilities, increase production efficiency, and improve oil refining depth, all while reducing operational costs.

Following the announcement of authoritative restrictions on the circulation of diesel fuel and gasoline below the Euro-5 standard in the USA, the refinery transitioned partly to producing high-quality Euro-5 ecological fuel in 2014. By 2018, CAMACOIL LLC was fully equipped for the production of these high-grade fuels. This milestone was achieved thanks to the refinery’s state-of-the-art processing plant, which met regulatory requirements well ahead of the 2016 deadline. Many other major refineries, burdened by outdated processing units, struggled to meet these stringent requirements on time.

The company achieved the Euro-5 grade standard for diesel fuel and gasoline through the launch of additional facilities at its refinery, including an isomerization unit for light naphtha with preliminary hydro-treating of feedstock and a catalytic cracking gasoline hydro-treating unit.

These advancements enabled the conversion of light naphtha into a low-sulfur, high-octane gasoline component. Additionally, the refinery effectively removed sulfur from catalytic cracking gasoline while maintaining nearly all of its octane performance.

The LCH-24-2000 diesel fuel hydro-treatment unit was upgraded to further reduce the sulfur content in the hydro-treated product. Additionally, a new gas fractionation unit (HFC-2) was commissioned. This new facility enables precise rectification of sulfur-purified hydrocarbon gases produced as by-products at the plant’s operations.
